Executive Director email Paul Paul is a founding member of Forum,
dating back to the company's humble
beginnings at a New York brunch and its first season under another name
in Harrisonburg, VA. Since that time, he has designed a great many
productions with Forum, including All Things Seen, The Gas
Heart/Hamletmachine, The Memorandum, Kid-Simple, and Antigone. Based in
New York City, Paul works regularly as a stagehand, electrician,
programmer, and lighting designer, from Off-Broadway to Los Angeles and
many point in between. His travels have taken him to such theatres as
Seaside Music Theater (FL), Main Street Theatre (PA), Northern Stage
Company (VT), and Cumberland County Playhouse (TN), among others. In
New York, some favored credits include Christmas with the Crawfords,
Newsical the Musical (with John Tartaglia and Rick Crom) (Off-Bway), On
the Origin of Darwin, Icarus and Aria, and Midnight Brainwash Revival
(Off-off-Bway). His work has also been seen on many dance stages as
well, including various venues in New York, Wake Forest University, and
The Peace Center in Greenville, SC. A staunch supporter of crossing
genres in the arts, Paul is certain that of all the things he has done,
his part in the creation of what Forum has become is far and away what
he is most proud of. |
