Round House Theatre Subscribers $15 students and all patrons under age 30 Forum Membership Become a Member of Forum Theatre. Think of it as a flexible, all-accesss subscription! Gift Certificates Forum proudly accepts TixCertificates, available through the Helen Hayes Awards. You can also buy Forum Theatre gift certificates in denominations of $20; contact us to purchase. We will mail the certificate to you or your giftee. Ticket Policies Ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges, except on FlexPack tickets. To redeem your tickets, please show up at Round House Theatre Silver Spring 45-60 minutes before the advertised performance time. Please check in at the box office even if you have e-tickets or a ticket pack. If you are running late or are unable to attend your performance, please call (240) 644-1100. If you do not arrive by show time and we have not heard from you, we may resell your tickets.
